Our family moved into what was described as a “solid 70s build ready for transformation.” The home’s character drew us in, and for more than a decade we’ve been working to modernize it—stripping down to studs, raising sunken floors, and reimagining everything from kitchens and bathrooms to ceilings and outdoor spaces.
